Asa Geiko training
Twice a year, during the cold of winter and the heat of summer, 10 days
straight from 6:00AM to 7:00AM, 150 techniques are reviewed. The
hardest part is the discipline to get up and be there early in the morning
for 10 days in a row. Excellent for strengthening the spirit and excellent
overview of the yoshinkan waza!
